The invention relates to a method for serological diagnosis by means of indirect immunofluorescence, including the systematic control of the presence of rhumatoid factors and anti-nuclear antibodies in the serum of a patient, and the control of the presence and reactivity of the secondary detection antibodies anti IgM and anti IgG used. According to the invention, a plurality of corpuscular microbial antigens and control antigens comprising non-specific immunoglobulins IgG and IgM and nucleated cells are deposited by a robot and fixed on the solid support by means of physical adsorption.
