摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current control circuit for effectively turning on/off a current flowing through a coil. <P>SOLUTION: First and second N channel transistors Q10, Q12 are connected in series between an output terminal (current drawing terminal) 10 and ground. When an L level is given to a gate of the second N channel transistor Q12, a capacitor C is charged up, and when an H level is given to the gate of the second N channel transistor Q12, the first and second N channel transistors Q10, Q12 are turned on. In this case, the electric charges in the capacitor C flows to ground through a resistor R and the first N channel transistor Q10 is turned off in this stage.
