PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to automatically shift to a gear position with a smaller speed difference between before and after the change gear without the feeling of discomfort at operating of the real gear change. SOLUTION: A tractor equipped with an auto-drive to automatically perform a main gear change corresponding to a past main gear change position which is very frequent in gear change on operating an auxiliary gear change is automatically gear changed to the main gear change position which is the smallest speed difference by outputting the command to decrease the auxiliary gear change even under a working condition in which the running load is too great to work at a vehicle speed as it is.
