INFORMATION MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT DEVICE OF INFORMATION SHARING SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information sharing system capable of efficiently carrying out checking work of information. SOLUTION: This information sharing system comprises: a step for accumulating information to be published in response to an inquiry of a user in a public database by connecting it to a computer network; a step for accumulating information being not a publishing object in a private database; a step for operating the inquiry of the user to the public database or retrieved and referred information in parallel with each other as the inquiry of the user to the public database or retrieved and referred information; a step for changing a previously assigned effectiveness order of information when there is relevant information in the step for operating the inquiry to the public database or retrieval and reference in parallel with each other; a step for detecting the information accumulated in the private database as information to be moved to the public database based on the effectiveness order calculated in the step for changing the effectiveness order; and a step for providing the information along with the effectiveness order.
