PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety fence superior in workability in a mud wall construction method using a wall surface panel for facilitating attachment and detachment to an opening part. SOLUTION: This safety fence 1 is arranged in an opening having the wall surface panel, and has a gripping part 4 detachably fixed to the wall surface panel from above, and a horizontal handrail 3 being a protective part arranged on the front side of the opening. The horizontal handrail 3 can be arranged on the front side of the wall surface panel in the opening by fixing the gripping part 4 to the wall surface panel, and attachment and detachment are facilitated. The safety fence superior in the workability can be provided in the mud wall construction method using the wall surface panel for facilitating attachment and detachment to the opening.
