DEVICE AND METHOD FOR HARVESTING MUSHROOM CULTIVATED IN CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for harvesting mushroom cultivated in containers automating sending mushroom holding containers to a mushroom cutting harvesting mechanism and discharging mushroom non-holding containers after harvesting, cutting stems and stem remainders while transporting the mushroom holding containers, and increasing harvesting efficiency of the mushroom cultivated in the containers without producing viscous liquid. SOLUTION: The device for harvesting mushroom cultivated in containers is set with the mushroom cutting harvesting mechanism C with a plurality of rotary blades 8-11 arranged in line and sequentially cutting the stems and the stem remainders 4 of mushroom 3 of the mushroom holding container (A) on a central required area side between the horizontal transportation areas of a non-edge transportation mechanism B equipped with a plurality of carriages (a) to put the mushroom holding container (A) on, and a mushroom holding container sending transferring mechanism E oppositely arranging delivery edges on a starting edge side between the horizontal transportation areas of the non-edge transportation mechanism B. The device has a mushroom non-holding container discharging mechanism F oppositely arranging introduction edges 34 on a terminal edge side between the horizontal transportation areas of the non-edge transportation mechanism B, and a watering mechanism G set with nozzles 38-41 respectively in the vicinity of the rotary blades 8-11.
