<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus to use water which needs almost no concern about water leakage and facilitates the exchange of a clear water filter device itself or a clear water filter. <P>SOLUTION: A tea serving machine comprises a water tank 33 to stock a liquid inside, a suction hose 51 extending toward the bottom of the water tank and a pump, a suction head of which is communicated with the suction hose. A clear water filter device 50 is fixed to the suction hose. The clear water filter device comprises a casing 60 and a hollow filter 62 arranged in the casing, separating from the inner surface of the casing and the lower end opening of the suction hose is connected to the opening 61a of a lid 61 screwed in the casing.
