PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal having an incoming call notice function not giving effect on photographing of a moving picture. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal having a communication function and a function of photographing and storing a moving picture includes: an incoming call notice means 5 for notifying a user about the arrival of an incoming call in a way of not affecting a moving picture and audio during photographing when the incoming call arrives during photographing of the moving picture; and a main control means 1 for controlling the incoming call notice means 5.
