PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing equipment of a seat for vehicles with simple structure that can perform suitable terminal treatment of a skin material by heat fusion. SOLUTION: The manufacturing equipment of seat for vehicles is provided with a bottom plate 13 and a skin material 11 covering the bottom plate 13 and presses an end sector 11a of the material 11 to the back side of the bottom plate 13. The equipment comprises an arranging means 1 for arranging, as a component element of the seat for vehicles, at least the bottom plate 13 and the skin material 11 and a skin material folding means 4 slidable along the back side of the bottom plate 13 from a position at the end part of the circumference of the bottom plate. The skin material folding means 4 is provided with a base section 4a extending from the outer side toward the inner side of the arrangement means 1 and a turning section 4b held in a turnable manner at the end side of the base section 4a. The base section 4a is composed of a first base section 4d that holds the rotation section and a second base section 4e that is extended from the first base section 4d that is in contact with the turning section 4b and turns the turning section 4b towards the arrangement means 1.
