PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily machine mutually facing attachment holes provided on a pair of knuckle attachment parts of a knuckle bracket. SOLUTION: The knuckle bracket structure for the hydraulic shock absorber 10 has a body part 31 attached to a tube 11 of the hydraulic shock absorber 10, and the pair of knuckle attachment parts 32 protruding from the body part 31 and provided with the mutually concentric attachment holes 32A and 32B extending in parallel with each other. The knuckle bracket 13 formed by a plate material is fixed to a lower part of the tube 11, and a positioning part 40 for forming is provided on the body part 31 of the knuckle bracket 13.
