PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester elastomer resin composition for obtaining a single molded body flexible, of rubbery elasticity, having good flexural fatigue resistance, excellent transparency and translucency, flexible and not becoming stiff even at a low temperature because the variation in the elastic modulus at the low temperature is small, and usable in a wide range of temperature. SOLUTION: In a polyetherester block copolymer (A) (mentioned below) an ethylenic copolymer (B) having a metal carboxylate group in the side chain and/or an alkali metal salt (C) of a carboxylic acid and/or an alkali metal salt (D) of an organic phosphate compound are incorporated. The polyetherester block copolymer (A) is mainly composed of a high-melting-point crystalline polymer segment (a) mainly comprising a crystalline aromatic polyester unit and a low-melting-point polymer segment (b) comprising an aliphatic polyether unit composed of different two or more alkylene oxide units.
