PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein an electroluminescent element often has a stacked structure and specific stress is generated in a film formed of different materials depending on materials of the films, a film formation method and a film formation state; in addition, adhesiveness between films is changed depending on the properties of the materials and film formation conditions; and separation called peeling occurs when chemistry of the stress or properties between films is bad. SOLUTION: In view of the above problems, this application is characterized by forming a layered product of a third layer reduced in thickness to 1-5 nm and containing a first material and a fourth layer containing a second material between two layers having bad adhesiveness by bringing the third layer into contact with a second layer and the fourth layer into contact with a first layer.
