PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly keep indoor environment in an optimum state by effectively utilizing a ventilation unit while preventing the unnecessary stop of the ventilation unit. SOLUTION: The ventilation unit 20 for exhausting the indoor air to the outside is mounted on an indoor unit 1. The indoor unit 1 has an openable and closeable front panel cover 1a, and a continuous operation switch 41 is mounted in a state that it is exposed when the front panel cover 1a is opened.
