PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored powder coating which allows ready color matching and gives a coating film excellent in finished appearances, and to provide a coating film excellent in brilliance. SOLUTION: The colored powder coating comprises a powder mixture comprising as essential ingredients a colored base powder coating comprising a resin for coatings and a colored pigment, a powder coating for color matching comprising a resin for coatings and a colored pigment, and a brilliant pigment comprising a scaly aluminum pigment or a fluororesin-coated scaly aluminum pigment, where the brilliant pigment is bonded via the colored base powder coating and/or the powder coating for color matching. The color matching method of the colored base powder coating film comprises incorporating the powder coating for color matching comprising the resin for coatings and the colored pigment and the brilliant pigment with the colored base powder coating comprising the resin for coatings and the colored pigment.
