PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board analyzing apparatus capable of specifying a fault location in a defective or broken substrate while eliminating the need for a technical understanding. SOLUTION: The apparatus is equipped with a measuring means 21 which measures displacement information corresponding to current or voltage on a print circuit board 1; a recording means 22 which records measured information; and a comparing means 23 which compares two or more measured information and extracts differences. In the apparatus, information of a defective circuit board is compared with information of a normal circuit board, whereby a defective location of the defective circuit board is specified.
