PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving element driving device capable of smoothly opening/closing a large-sized moving element, concerning improvement of the moving element driving device pulling the moving element in different direction to move. SOLUTION: The moving element driving device pulling a trolley (the moving element) 7 in different directions to move, comprises first and second hydraulic motors (first and second hydraulic actuators) 46, 47; a pulling pressure circuit 50 leading driving pressure acting in a direction in which the first and second actuators opposingly pull the moving element each other; a pulling back pressure circuit 60 leading pulling back pressure acting in a direction in which the first and second hydraulic motors 46, 47 pull back the trolley 7; and a moving direction switching valve 63 selectively improving the pulling back pressure led from the pulling back circuit 60 by the first and second motor 46, 47.
