PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire of low inner pressure in which a traction performance and a sliding performance improved. SOLUTION: A plurality of blocks 12 to 15 are protruded at a tread part 11 of a tire 10. Each of the blocks 12 to 15 is arranged symmetrically around an equinoctial plane E and further arranged regularly along a circumference. Each of the blocks 12 to 15 is formed into a cubic shape specified by a long side size W, a short side size L and a high side size H. Each of the blocks 12 to 15 is provided with recesses 21, 24, 27 and 28, respectively. Each of the recesses 21, 24, 27 and 28 is specified by a long side size WR, a short side size LR and a deep side size HR. Each of the sizes has a relation of WR/W =0.33 to 0.87, LR/L=0.2 to 0.8 and HR/H= 0.15 to 0.85. A ratio between a volume BT of the block and a volume RT of the recess is set to RT/BT = 0.08 to 0.25.
