PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial gas conveying type sublimation purification apparatus with excellent separation purification performance of a material, capable of purifying 200 g or more at once. SOLUTION: The purification apparatus (1) has a sample heating part (104) and a purified sample recovery part (103) constituted by tubular pipes respectively and is provided with a sample charging part (301) in the sample heating part (104). The purification device has at least one bending part (105) in a pipe route from the sample heating part (104) to the purified sample recovery part (103).
