PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the parallel-arranged state of towed leveling devices irrespective of a change in towing direction by arranging, parallel with each other, two or more towed leveling devices in a direction roughly orthogonal to a towing direction. SOLUTION: Frame-like elements 14 are disposed, in a staggered state, at the rear of a towing side base body 10, and a wire rope 16 is inserted into through-holes 14b in the frame-like elements 14 and installed in a tensed state. Spacer 18 inserted onto the wire rope 16 are pressingly held between the front and rear frame-like elements 14 adjacent to each other at both right and left end parts of the towed leveling devices A. The upward cutout part J1e of a first connection piece J1 and the downward cutout part J2e of a second connection piece J2 are fitted, from the upper and lower sides, to the spacer 18 at the right end part of the left towed leveling device A and the opposite side spacer 18 at the left end part of the right towed leveling device A, and bolted to each other through the through-holes J1d and J2d to form a coupler J. The coupler J is formed so that the lower side end edge part thereof touches a horizontal plane when it is put on the horizontal plane, and connects both the right and left towed leveling devices to each other.
