PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it difficult to generate a mutual interference of a circuit, even if the circuit is miniaturized in a front end module using a multilayer substrate to handle a plurality of send-receive systems. SOLUTION: When a line to link a grounding external connection electrode T6 with the same electrode T12 is regarded as a center line 50, an external connection electrode T1 for a transmission circuit and an external connection electrode T5 for a receiving circuit, having the same frequency bandwidth are formed at one side peripheral portion which is parallel to the center line 50. An external connection electrode T11 for the transmission circuit and an external connection electrode T7 for the receiving circuit of a communication system, having a different frequency bandwidth from the frequency bandwidth, are formed at another side peripheral portion which is parallel to the center line 50. The external connection electrodes T1 and T11 for the transmission circuit, the external connection electrodes T5 and T7 for the receiving circuit, and an external connection electrode T9 for an antenna are led to be adjacent to an external connection electrode T2 for a control signal, external connection electrodes T2.
