PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte and its forming method wherein electric conductivity is improved as stably as possible. SOLUTION: After mixing the main monomer having a thiophene structure, a coupling agent having the thiophene structure, and an auxiliary monomer different from the main monomer, the main monomer is polymerized via the coupling agent, and a conductive macromolecule is formed, and by polymerizing the auxiliary monomer, a dopant polymer is formed. By using a coupling promotion action of the coupling agent, the conductive macromolecule is three-dimensionally networked, and a macromoleculer chain of the electroconductive macromolecule and a macromolecule chain of the dopant polymer are easy to be mutually entangled. By this, fixing performance of the dopant polymer against the conductive macromolecule is improved, so that the doping rate of the dopant polymer is stably improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
