PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image printing and vending device that helps easily find an alternative image printing and vending device and instantly permits a desired transaction. SOLUTION: When a printing and vending device 1 is out of order or short of consumables such as a printing sheet or ink disabling printing, when a user inputs an instruction for displaying a set installation position, the device displays the installation position of an operable peripheral device from among preset peripheral devices on a map and displays the installation position information and function information of the peripheral device. When a user inputs an instruction for displaying an optimal installation position, the device searches for operable peripheral device from among preset peripheral devices on the basis of user desire data and displays the installation position of the peripheral device searched for on a map and display the installation position information and function information of the peripheral device.
