<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module in which generation of voids is suppressed at the soldering part of an inner lead for connecting a solar cell element and a solar cell element while sustaining the output characteristics of the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: In the belt-shaped inner lead for connecting the solar cell element which is produced by coating a metal foil with solder and set up for connecting the light receiving surface side electrode of one of two adjacent solar cell elements with the rear surface side electrode thereof by soldering, a through hole 14 is provided at a part for soldering the metal foil 11 and the electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
