<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein in order to utilize CNT in electric wiring, an electronic device and an electron emission source, it is necessary to improve bonding between an electrode or a substrate and the CNT and become ballistic conduction which is an ideal low-resistance state, but it is unkown heretofore what material is used for ballistic conduction. <P>SOLUTION: TiNi is used for bonding between the electrode or the substrate and the CNT, whereby ballistic conduction which is an ideal low-resistance state can be achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
