PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine in which a noise suppressing effect is increased by easily and reliably grounding the electric driving source of a role object, etc., arranged on a game board. SOLUTION: A ground plate 168 and a ground spring 170 which are formed of a conductive metallic material are arranged in contact with each other in an out passage unit 160 which is removable on the rear surface of an inner frame 14. When the inner frame 14 is attached to the out passage unit 160, the contact element 212 of the ground board 168 is brought into pressurized contact with a rear edge at the lower end of an inner rail 104 on the game board 100 and the contact part 214 of the ground sprint 170 is brought into pressurized contact with the chassis 252 of a power source box 250. The outer rail of the game board 100 is made electrically conductive to an inner rail 104. Ground connection between the outer and inner rails is terminated by attaching the game board 100 and the out passage unit 160 to the inner frame 14. A connection work therefore is facilitated. Since a high ground effect is obtained by the metallic outer rail, the inner rail 104, the ground plate 168, and the ground spring 170, the electric driving source of the role object, etc., is easily and reliably grounded by being made electrically conductive to the outer rail and the inner rail 104.
