<p>A composition containing, in a physiologically acceptable medium, one or more organopolysiloxane elastomers and one or more diethylaminoalkyl- or piperazinylalkyl-sulfonic compounds (I) or their physiologically acceptable salts. A composition comprises one or more organopolysiloxane elastomers and one or more diethylaminoalkyl- or piperazinylalkyl-sulfonic compounds of formula (I) or their salts in a physiologically acceptable medium. R : H, -OH, -NH2; X : H, =NCH2CH2OH or =NCH2(CHR)nCH2SO3H; n : integer 0-3. An independent claim is included for (1) a method of cosmetic care of the skin comprising topical application of the claimed composition; (2) a cosmetic method to attenuate visible or tactile irregularities of the surface of the skin, especially to attenuate wrinkles and/or cutaneous blotches and/or to smooth the skin and/or to unify the color comprising topical application of the claimed composition.
