Cationic polymerizable composition

A cationic polymerizable composition comprising an alicyclic epoxy and an oxetane; a cationic polymerization initiator; and an amino alcohol, wherein the amino alcohol contains two hydroxyl groups and one carbon chain containing a carbon atom having one or no hydrogen atom bonded to the carbon atom. An actinic ray curable ink-jet ink using the composition and a method of stabilizing the cationic polymerizable composition, are also disclosed.
