Inside the body spring-loaded saddle is mounted as well as spring-loaded valve, having flange and washing ports. Movement of valve in axial direction is limited by holder, into lower position - by shelf of body, while drive of saddle X1 is greater than drive of valve X. chisel has washing channels. Device is lowered into well by normal means. Chisel with column of drilling pipes or face engine is connected according to common schematic. Pulsing of liquid and dynamic loads on chisel are formed due to forced oscillations of spring-loaded saddle and valve. ^ EFFECT: broader functional capabilities, higher efficiency. ^ 1 dwg
