PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strainer device not disturbing flow of fuel and having high degree of freedom with respect to connection position when the same is connected to fuel piping. SOLUTION: A fuel strainer device filtering and sending out fuel supplied from a fuel tank 129 includes a filter 12 arranged between a fuel inlet 16 and a fuel outlet 15 and a check valve 13 preventing reverse flow of fuel from the fuel outlet 15 to the fuel inlet 16. The check valve 13 consists of a valve chamber 130 provided in a fuel passage, a valve seat 132 provided in a valve chamber and a roughly cylindrical valve element 133 stored in the valve chamber 130. A plurality of fins 134 extending in an axial direction are provided on a side surface of the valve element 133 with erecting with a predetermined interval along a circumference direction.
