PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire valve cap and a tire air pressure controlling device capable of sensing the air pressure of the tire and transmitting the sensing information to the cap without processing a wheel or replacing the existing tire valve. SOLUTION: The tire valve cap and the tire air pressure controlling device using it comprise a cap ID mark to make distinct the relation between the tire information and the tire position, a pusher 2 to release the valve at the time of being mounted on the tire valve 100 for introducing the air pressure, a pressure sensor 6 to sense the air pressure introduced, a CPU 8 to discriminate the air pressure of the tire by turning into digital signals the voltage proportional to the pressure sensed by the pressure sensor 6, and a signal transmitting means 10 to transmit to the outside the discrimination signal given by the CPU 8.
