PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall structure, easy in construction, superior in construction accuracy and strength, and reducing construction cost. SOLUTION: This outer wall structure 1 is constituted by using a plurality of framed wall panels P having an extension part E. The framed wall panel P has a structure fixed by being fitted in a framed wall 2, and comprises a structural skeleton, a thermally insulating material D installed inside the structural skeleton, a waterproof moisture permeable sheet 3 fixed on a surface being the outdoor side of the structural skeleton, a ventilation receiving material 6 fixed on the structural skeleton in a state of interposing the waterproof moisture permeable sheet 3, and an outer wall panel 5 stuck on the ventilation receiving material 6. The framed wall panel P has the ventilation receiving material 6, to thereby form a ventilation passage 7 between the waterproof moisture permeable sheet 3 and the outer wall panel 5.
