摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a dielectric ceramic composition capable of obtaining the densified dielectric ceramic composition without impairing various electrical characteristics in spite of firing at a low temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the dielectric ceramic composition having a dielectric oxide expressed by the composition formula: [(Ca<SB>x</SB>Sr<SB>1-x</SB>)O]<SB>m</SB>[(Ti<SB>y</SB>Zr<SB>1-y-x</SB>Hf<SB>z</SB>)O<SB>2</SB>]. wherein symbols x, y, z, and m representing the composition molar ratios in the formula are 0.5&le;x&le;1.0, 0.01&le;y&le;0.10, 0<z&le;0.20, and 0.90&le;m&le;1.04, and manganese oxide, aluminum oxide, and sintering assistant, comprises manufacturing the dielectric ceramic composition by using the sintering assistant having a first glass composition which is composed of SiO<SB>2</SB>as an essential component and further contains MO (M is at least one among Ba, Ca, Sr, and Mg) and a second glass composition which is constituted by including B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, ZnO, and SiO<SB>2</SB>and has an average grain size of &le;1.5 &mu;m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
