<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the flowing-out state of a fluid which is made to flow out through a pulled out valve body 11 approximately uniform even whichever side section of a container Y is placed on the lower side when the container Y is tilted. <P>SOLUTION: This cap has an inner cap main body 10 and a valve body 11. In this case, the valve body 11 has an inserting section 111 into the inner cap main body 10 and a head section 112, and liquid-tightly closes the cylinder upper end of the inner cap main body 10 by the head section 112 at a position in which the inserting section 111 has been completely inserted in the inner cap main body 10. The inserting section 111 of the valve body 11 forms a cylindrical shape of which the cylinder upper end is made into a flowing-out section 111a for a liquid. At the same time, the head section 112 of the valve body 11 has a neck section 112a, of which the outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the inserting section 111, at the lower section.
