PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently performing the authentication of communication terminal device adjacent to an adhoc network and the communication terminal device which performs this method. SOLUTION: At most the predetermined number of communication equipment '001' and '002' establishing a relationship of mutual trust between a plurality of communication terminal devices included in an adhoc network forms a trust group RG1, and at most the predetermined number of communication terminal devices '001' and '002' forming the trust group RG1 share the information of communication terminal devices '003' and '005' which does not belong to the trust group RG1 which are adjacent to at most the predetermined number of communication terminal devices '001' and '002' forming the trust group RG1. When the trust group RG1 is provided with a plurality of an unverified relationship of adjacency, any of the communication terminal device in the trust group RG1 performs authentication, and the authentication result is shared by all the communication terminal device in the trust group RG1.
