PARALLELISM DETECTING DEVICE FOR SQUEEGEE IN SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallelism detecting device for a squeegee having a detecting means with an enhanced accuracy by making the squeegee operate the detecting means directly when the parallelism of the squeegee is detected. SOLUTION: The parallelism detecting means 2 for detecting the parallelism of the squeegee comprises a detective moving plate 5 connected with a rod 4 of a fluid cylinder 3 provided on a printing table 1, a position detecting sensor provided adjacently on the fluid cylinder 3 and a support plate 12 provided on the detective moving plate 5. The squeegee 20 lowers to push down the support plate 12, and a position detecting sensor detects a lowering position detection dog to stop a vertical driving mechanism of the squeegee 20. Thus, the squeegee 20 stops moving downward. The parallelism detecting means 2 is provided at two positions in the longitudinal direction of the squeegee 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
