<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide germinated unpolished rice processed foods settled the problem that rice is a treasure of Japanese foods and real value thereof is consolidated into germinated unpolished rice but recognition thereof as daily foods is almost naught yet. <P>SOLUTION: The daily foods of the germinated unpolished rice are provided by using germinated rice powder as the main material and applying plural steps of treatment using an edible microorganism or enzyme. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
