<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged frozen noodle having an excellent eat feeling after thawing and cooking by suppressing the transportation of water content from sauce to boiled noodles during its distribution in frozen state or cooking after thawing. <P>SOLUTION: This packaged frozen noodle is provided by constituting frozen sauce layers having different Brix degrees by overlapping in a plurality of layers to make the frozen sauce layer having the highest Brix degree as a surface layer, and packaging by facing the frozen sauce layer having the highest Brix degree of the constituted frozen sauce with the surface of the frozen noodle block. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
