PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components by making a cover means by metal, and to provide an outdoor unit with improved reliability corresponding to PL by making a cover component of a wiring outlet part noncombustible. SOLUTION: The outdoor unit 10 is provided with heat sources 23 and 27 for air conditioning or hot water supply, and an electrical component 28 carrying out drive control of the heat sources in an outdoor unit body 11. In the outdoor unit 10, the wiring outlet part for external electric wiring connected to a terminal part 36 from the electric component 28, and a connection valve means 35 for connecting piping 32 from the heat sources 23 or 27 for air conditioning or hot water supply to an external crossover are respectively provided in one side upper and lower parts in the outdoor unit body 11, and the wiring outlet part and the connection valve means 35 are covered by the metal made cover means 13 from an outer side.
