PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor of recording mediums whose efficiency can be raised by shortening transport time in order to process the recording mediums. SOLUTION: A recorder 10 being a processor is equipped with; an unprocessed medium holding part 12 for holding unprocessed recording mediums; a processed medium holding part 14 for holding processed recording mediums, a signal recording part 16 for performing processing to recording mediums; a transport means 17 which supplies recording mediums to the signal recording part 16 from the unprocessed medium holder 12; and a transport means 18 which recovers processed recording mediums to the processed medium holding part 14 from the signal recording part 16, wherein the transport means 17, 18 transport a plurality of recording mediums at a time and the signal recording part 16 simultaneously records a signal on the recording mediums which are transported at a time.
