PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a sheet temperature of a steel strip which enters a pot in a facility for hot-dip-galvanizing the steel strip. SOLUTION: This controlling method employs a preset control method for a portion of the steel sheet in a predetermined length from a stepped point in a reverse direction to a transportation direction, and a feedback control method for a portion except the above portion.
