<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an over sheet which is a non-PVC material, has peelability in relation to an ink ribbon in sublimation transfer printing, prevents the occurrence of peeling, a lack, etc., even when subjected to press processing etc., and does not generate a curl after the formation of an image receiving layer and a card. <P>SOLUTION: The over sheet is an over sheet for the card having the image receiving layer on one surface of a transparent sheet substrate. The sheet substrate contains a polyester resin and a polycarbonate or the polymer alloy of the polyester resin and the polycarbonate as main components, and the image receiving layer is formed by using a one liquid type solution.
