摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame transmission apparatus for making an individual monitor line unnecessary, and mixing a monitor frame in subscriber traffic efficiently for transmission, without securing a fixed band. <P>SOLUTION: A monitor token computation unit 13 provides a monitor token, which is a transmission right, to a monitor frame within a minimum band. A subscriber token computation unit 14 provides a subscriber token, which is a transmission right, to a subscriber frame within a setup transmission band. A best effort token computation unit 15 provides a best effort token, which is a transmission right using a surplus band, to each frame. If all of frames cannot be read out from a monitor queue Qn and subscriber queues Q1-Q (n-1), and the queue length of a remaining part is equal to or less that the best effort token when the monitor token or the subscriber token is provided, a queue read-out control unit 16 reads out and outputs the remaining frames from the queues, using the surplus band of the best effort token. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
