PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna in which a cost reduction, easy design and miniaturization can be attained while realizing improvement in gain of a low elevation angle side. SOLUTION: In the antenna 10, the antenna pattern 12 of a metallic layer is formed on the surface 20 of the center portion 15 of a plate-like substrate 11 formed so as to be curved into a convex shape upward, the ground pattern 13 of a metal layer is formed along the rear surface of the substrate 11, a plate-like ground plate 14 larger than the substrate 11 is formed so as to extend in a horizontal direction, and the substrate 11 is provided on the ground plate 14 in a state where the ground pattern 13 is in contact with the ground plate 14.
