PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover tape reduced in the irregularity of seal strength and the effect of an antistatic capacity due to humidity, capable of suppressing peel charging and capable of also suppressing the accumulation of charge even if excess charge is applied, and a package hard to produce the trouble caused by the irregularity of seal strength such as jumping trouble or the like or the trouble caused by static electricity such as a chip rising phenomenon or the like. SOLUTION: The cover tape has a base material layer 11 having antistatic properties applied to its surface, an adhesive layer 12 and the electrostatic induction preventing layer 13 provided between the base material layer 11 and the adhesive layer 12.
