PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharged material controlling device capable of assisting the time control as to discharged material. SOLUTION: The discharged material controlling device has a function of displaying a total amount of discharged material calculated based on a mass of the discharged material of facility, a predicted value of the total amount of the discharged material in the future, the standard value of the total amount of the discharged material which is set beforehand and a surplus of amount or excessive amount at times of exceeding the standard value or at times for the standard value with respect to the standard value.
