PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter medium simple, also efficiently collecting an allergenic matter as a filter by coating this with an admixture of a cleaning agent and a resin binder, also maintaining a cleaning effect, and excellent in air permeability. SOLUTION: In the filter including the cleaning agent, the resin binder, and cloth or a nonwoven fabric, the resin binder includes an acrylate, a methacrylate, a hydroxy group-containing acrylic monomer and an unsaturated bond containing organic acid, and the filter medium includes an aqueous acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of 30 to 100°C and has antiallergenic, antibacterial and antiviral function. Further, the filter medium highly safety to environment and a living body because of being derived from a natural substance using an extracted component from bamboo and bamboo grass is provided.
