<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap, relative to the one that encloses the opening of a hollow container, which prevents illegal unsealing of the container by breakably connecting a locking member, which locks an upper cap, with a lid body proper while forming the upper cap such that it cannot be illegally opened. <P>SOLUTION: The tamper-evident hinge cap 1 is formed in such a way that: the upper cap 3 is integrally connected in a reclosable state, through the medium of a hinge portion 4, with one end of the body proper 2 of the lid body screwed to or fitted in the mouth neck portion 8a of the hollow container 8, thus forming the reclosable hinge cap 1 capable of closing the opening portion of the container, while, the belt-like locking member 5 is breakably and removably connected, in a state of a circular arc, to the outer circumferential surface of the body proper 2 of the lid body, with clearance provided, by means of a plurality of linkage points 5c, and a locking tab 6 to be engaged with the locking member 5 is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the upper cap 3, the tab being so formed that it can be inserted into the clearance, and a picking strip 7 in a state of a hook for opening and closing is formed so that it can be stored in the recessed portion 5a of the locking member, thereby forming a structure that prevents the upper cap from being opened by being illegally pushed up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
