PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a space for installing a radiator while avoiding deterioration of maneuverability. SOLUTION: A wheel part 200 of the wheel-in radiator comprises a radiator 100 for cooling medium introduced inside by heat-exchanging with air, a wheel shaft 114 rotatably supported by a car body, and a wheel disk 106 for rotating along with the rotation of the wheel shaft 114.
