PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time for repairing by a maintenance person by easily determining which circuit switch of a positive pole side circuit switch and a negative pole side circuit switch is faulted without adding a special sensor. SOLUTION: A fault determining device of an electrical circuit for a vehicle includes a control means for determining a fault in the positive pole side circuit switch when an inverter voltage detected by an inverter voltage detecting means is larger than a set first determining voltage and a smaller value than a second determining voltage in the state that the inverter is driven after the positive pole side circuit switch and the negative pole side circuit switch are connected.
