PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when conventionally a muffler cutter is mounted to something in which a muffler of a vehicle for exhaust faces diagonally downward, an exhaust port of the muffler cutter is made to face downward, and the muffler cutter is worsened in appearance as viewed from the rear. SOLUTION: The muffler cutter of the vehicle is comprised of a muffler cutter body mounted to the muffler of the vehicle for exhaust, and a connecting member to connect the muffler cutter body to the muffler for exhaust freely tilting or rotating around the axis with respect to the axis of the muffler for exhaust.
